Bought the Coles Baby White Potatoes Prepacked 2kg the other day. It was convenient having it pre-washed and ready to use. Nice taste and texture. Potatoes can be used many ways - boiling, roasting, mashing and baking. However 2kg might be too much for 1 person or a couple.
