I love potatoes. You can make so many delicious things with them and they are filling and (in moderation) good for you. I usually buy washed potatoes as I don’t like cleaning them, and I use enough to justify buying a whole bag like this 2kg one from Coles, which was on special for $5.50. I have used some of these in a curry, and will use the rest to make things like mashed potatoes, chips or roast potatoes.

Use the Coles white potatoes for baked dinners, mid week vegetables, mash potatoes or even your own cut potatoes for home made chips in the air fryer. So many uses for one product

Reasonably good quality potatoes. With the packaging not being see through, it does make it a bit difficult to check for off or green potatoes. So there’s usually a couple unusable potatoes in the pack

Potatoes like everything in the supermarkets are getting pricey. I buy what’s on special and these offer a good nutritional value and are versatile. Everything from fried to baked and mashed potato. It’s ok in flavour not fantastic.
