Photo Review of Washed Potatoes 2kg

I love potatoes. You can make so many delicious things with them and they are filling and (in moderation) good for you. I usually buy washed potatoes as I don’t like cleaning them, and I use enough to justify buying a whole bag like this 2kg one from Coles, which was on special for $5.50. I have used some of these in a curry, and will use the rest to make things like mashed potatoes, chips or roast potatoes.
