Generally this mince is great for burgers and spaghetti. I recommend however to drain some of oil out after cooking it for spaghetti because it does have a good amount of fat in it. But because of that fat you can put less oil in to give it that wetter consistency. Anyway, this is my go to for mince.

This is a very nice tasting mince. It cooks well. Many versatile uses. Pasta dishes, burgers, tacos just to name a few. Good price at $8 for 500g. Good option for a budget friendly meal. Freezes well too. Has a nice amount of fat throughout for flavour. Australian beef.

The mince is good value for money and easy to work with, especially for family sized meals. As expected with 3 star mince, it does release a bit of fat during cooking, but this can easily be drained off and actually adds flavour to many recipes.

used this beef for homemade sausage rolls and they tasted great. had the right fat content to give the beef flavour but I didn’t feel heavy after eating them. I would recommend this product.
