Coles’ No Added Hormone 5 Star Beef Mince is a great choice when I want something lean and clean—it’s reassuring to know it’s Aussie beef with no added hormones. It cooks well in healthy meals like stir-fries or spaghetti, but it can be a bit dry if you don’t add extra flavour or sauce. It’s more expensive than regular mince, but I’m happy to pay a bit more for quality.
