Coles beef mince is great. It’s honestly a home staple item that can be used in creating lots of delicious lunch and dinner meals. Here you can see I used mine in creating savoury mince, using the beef cooked with vegetables and sauces to make a tasty and juicey dish. Coles mince is always fresh and well presented. I purchase the 5 star extra lean mince as it’s less fat and better for you, however slightly dearer but worth while. Around $10-12 usually for the 500g pack which goes a long way as you can see it’s made plenty here so will feed 4 people easily, or you could portion it to make two separate meals. Regardless I rate it 5 stars!

I was very happy with the quality of this beef mince. It was fresh, lean, and had great flavour, making it perfect for a variety of meals such as pasta sauces, tacos, burgers, and stir-fries. It cooked well with minimal excess fat and provided excellent value for money. A reliable product that I would definitely purchase again. 🥩😊

I like Coles' No Added Hormone Beef 5 Star Extra Trim for its good value and versatile product. I found that fat content is an important part of enjoying some mince meals, such as hamburgers. 5-star doesn’t work for a lot of people, and whether 3-star is better is a personal opinion - the fat adds flavour. I recently did BBQ with this 5-star beef mince and the cleanup was epic in comparison to my preferred 4-star beef mince. Lots of flare-ups and spatters everywhere.

Not oily. Very lean mince feeling healthy and also have a bit of a bite. Color is fresh red and looks very pleasant. Cooks nicely no strange smell. Good consistency no chunks. Happy with price and quality
