I really like this bread. It has a nutty flavour, nice crunch especially when toasted and goes well with both savoury and sweet toppings. It’s also very healthy being high in fibre and low in sugar. Very much recommended the only downside is it’s not that cheap.

I've been trying to eat healthier and this bread ticks a lot of boxes. It's full of seeds, high in fibre, and actually tastes good-not dry or bland like some "healthy" breads. It seems to have fewer additives too, probably because it's baked fresh in-store. Great for sandwiches or toast, and it keeps me full longer thanks to the low GI. Only downside is it can be a bit chewy if it's not super fresh. Overall, a solid everyday option.

Bit on the wanky side with all the seed talk, but it’s actually not bad. Holds up well for sandwiches, doesn’t go soggy, and feels a little healthier without tasting like cardboard. Not something I’d go out of my way for, but decent enough. 3 stars.
