I use this in a spicy pumpkin soup to keep it dairy free. I wouldn’t use it in a curry as it’s only 75% coconut, it’s cheaper than other brands because of the high water content.

I buy this everytime I go shopping. It’s great in curries and desserts. Great for sweet and savoury dishes. It's also an excellent dairy-free alternative, which works as a great substitute for heavy cream. It's also budget-friendly, but still good quality, so you get value for money.

In curry’s this is an excellent substitute for thickened cream and slightly healthier. It’s a really nice texture (make sure you shake well before opening). Really good flavour too!

This coconut cream is great for making coconut based desserts such as sago pudding or pandan cake. It’s not too sweet and not too high in calories. The consistency is quite thick and has a coconut scent that’s noticeable. I would suggest using less sugar and the coconut cream isn’t too bland. It’s also great to use for savoury dishes such as curries which can be served for lunch or dinner. If you prefer soups or curries that have a thin consistency, it might be useful to add more water after adding in the coconut cream.

The best, will not use any other brand unless it’s Kara. The Cole’s brand has a similar taste and consistency to Kara, a little more watery but still brings out that nice coconut cream flavour.
