This coconut cream is great for making coconut based desserts such as sago pudding or pandan cake. It’s not too sweet and not too high in calories. The consistency is quite thick and has a coconut scent that’s noticeable. I would suggest using less sugar and the coconut cream isn’t too bland. It’s also great to use for savoury dishes such as curries which can be served for lunch or dinner. If you prefer soups or curries that have a thin consistency, it might be useful to add more water after adding in the coconut cream.
