These damper inspired rolls are delicious! They are soft and moist and easy to bite into and chew. The damper rolls were requested by my granddaughter for her hamburger, being just the right size for a toddler. She enjoyed both the roll and filling immensely. They freeze also freeze well and defrost to have the same consistency as before freezing.
