Coles 4 leaf salad mix is very convenient to have as it's washed already. It contains spinach, rocket, and other green and red leaves. Very fresh when you buy it on the day and use. I add different dressings and other vegetables, or make a Greek salad with them. Sometimes the leaves have a peppery flavour. Australian grown. I like also balsamic dressing on them to. Cons... In a few days the mix becomes sour and a strange smell and turns into green slim.

I don't find this a particularly nice lettuce. the purple leaves inside it taste quite bitter, and it seems to go off fairly quickly. it does make a decent salad though, but would prefer something else personally.

l actually buy this 4 Leaf Salad Mix from Coles for our two budgies to eat, and they love it. It is cheap to buy, it is very convenient and it gives them lots of variety. The only problem is that they get soggy very quickly, so l keep a paper towel in the bag to absorb some of the moisture.

coles 4 leaf lettuce has a 5 star health rating. the 4 leaf salad are Australian grown, coles brand.its a mixture of red and green leaves,once you open the bag you need to use it by 2 to 3 days,after that I always find the leaves start to get soggy and sluggish. great for any salads,on sandwiches ,tacos or enchiladas. pros washed already ,cons gets soggy after 3 days.
