I like Coles Iodised Table Salt 500g for its value and quality. I love this great, healthy sea salt product – I'm loving the Coles range Iodised salt. They are a huge 0.5kg plastic container. The iodised sea salt is much better for my cooking, I only need a small amount as it is full of flavour. A good reason to reconsider using sodium table salt.

Salt is salt, and this one is great as it's normally cheaper than the others which for a basic ingredient that you use everyday is important. It's iodized which is good as we apparently don't get enough iodine which can cause health issue. It's also made from Australian sea salt which is also great to support local businesses. The grain isn't too thick and gritty which makes it good for cooking as well as using directly on food at the table.

cheap, good coarseness for everyday cooking. prefer these over the bagged iodised salt which are much larger despite the slightly higher unit cost. cap can be removed for much faster transfer to a different container!

I mean what can I say, Salt is Salt, so it comes down to cost, this is cheaper due to being home brand, but now I can add to that, Iodised Salt can help with a few health issues as long as you don't use to much salt.

I've been using Coles Iodised Table Salt for years and I can confidently say that it's one of the best salts out there. The iodine content is a huge plus, as it helps to prevent iodine deficiency and promotes healthy thyroid function

good and easy salt. i only would use it in cooking as plain on meat or other foods it’s not that nice. pretty much the cheapest salt in the store so it is good in that way. it’s very fine, whether that is a good or bad thing it’s personal preference.
