Salt is salt, and this one is great as it's normally cheaper than the others which for a basic ingredient that you use everyday is important. It's iodized which is good as we apparently don't get enough iodine which can cause health issue. It's also made from Australian sea salt which is also great to support local businesses. The grain isn't too thick and gritty which makes it good for cooking as well as using directly on food at the table.
