Usually fresh, firm, and clean. Mild earthy flavour, good for quick sautés, omelettes, or stir-fries. Can bruise easily if mishandled, so check the punnet. Best used withina few days -don't expect long fridge life. Solid value when on special.

These button mushrooms were fresh, tasty, and free from blemishes. Grown in Australia, you can trust in their quality. I like that these last a long time in the fridge, and cook up in just a few minutes. These mushrooms are delicious in stews, omelettes, quiches or just fried up as a side dish. Quick, tasty, and healthy!

The Coles button mushrooms are something I buy all the time for an easy addition to almost any meal, breakfast lunch or dinner. There are so many ways to cook them - I like lightly frying with some butter and rosemary to go along with bacon and eggs or chicken/steak depending what time of day. Mushrooms are so healthy for you and the quality is consistently great. I know that if I have a couple of mushrooms in the fridge I can always make a meal around them.
