I recently tried Coles Italian Tomato Paste, and overall, I'm pretty impressed. The flavor is rich and authentic, really enhancing my pasta sauces and stews. It has a good, thick consistency that blends well, and the depth of flavor is noticeable compared to some other brands I've used. My only slight issue is that it can be a tad too sour almost if you're not careful with the quantity, so a little goes a long way. Despite that, it's a great pantry staple that I'll definitely buy again for its quality and value.
