If I were buying a canned tuna for sandwich making and aiming to keep things light, I’d reach for this version (or a similarly simple brine‑packed tuna). But if I want more flavor right out of the can—smoky, peppery, or herbaceous—I’d look at other flavoured or oil‑packed variants (or mix in additional seasonings).
