This tuna is finely flaked rather than chunky, which makes it ideal for sandwiches. It mixes easily with mayo, yoghurt, or other ingredients without needing extra breaking up. You don’t get those big dry chunks that fall out of your bread. You won’t get large, firm fillet-style pieces like you would with higher-end brands such as Sirena or John West. It’s clearly processed for convenience rather than presentation.
