love having Pak choy in season, great in noodle soups or stir fries- very versatile. lost a star as they always come so dirty and need a good wash pre serving

asian Choi Park I love buying this for when I’m making Chinese beautiful on the side. All you have to do is steam it at a beautiful source. That is your favourite or chop it up and put it in your stirfry. Just gorgeous

pak choy is one of my favourite veggies! i typically blanched it and add a little bit of soy sauce/ sesame oil/ oyster sauce/ mushroom sauce and it’s good to go :-)
