The Asian Choy Pak was very fresh with crisp stems and no bruising on the leaves. I used it in a ginger garlic stir-fry, and it held its crunch perfectly without getting soggy. Great value for a healthy side dish. Pros: Freshness and texture. Cons: None

Fresh and crisp choy pak with a nice mild flavour. The leaves cook quickly and stay tender, making it perfect for simple stir-fries or soups. It pairs really well with garlic and light seasoning. The only downside is that it can shrink quite a bit after cooking, so you may need more than expected for a full dish. Overall, a fresh and versatile vegetable that’s great for everyday meals.

Perhaps I was just unlucky, these were the last bunch at Coles, and I understand why... it was still fresh, just didn't have much leaf, just mostly stalk, I still bought it just because I was desperate and had no time to get it anywhere else. Way overpriced for the unsatisfying quality, hopefully it is not the usual standard at Coles.
