Pakchoy is a healthy green leafy vegetables and it has so many benefits to our health it gives many nutrients, when it has rotten the vegetables is not healthy and it has a yellowish in color and cause germs or bacteria

I used my Pak Choy in a stir fry. The product was a good size and cooked up very well. I often buy this product from a different retailer and find the Coles Pak Choy are generally bigger, however they are always filled with more grit. This pack had a number of leaves with what I presume are holes from a bug.
