Great veggie to add into stir fry’s or even to cook on its own. Only con is you need to wash thoroughly as it usually has little bugs on the inside of the leaves.

Nice leafy greens that go great in a stir fry or in a bowl of two minute noodles. The small bunch allows for easy storage in the vegetable crisper. Easy to separate and clean just before cooking.

Fresh and crisp. We used it mainly for fish soup dishes , salmon etc. 10/10 would buy again.

The Asian Choy Pal is fresh, crispy, tasty and lasts quite a long time (5-7 days still ok to cook). Went well with a meat and rice dish I cooked up. I would definitely buy it again.
