I got this as it has the lowest fats and also one of the cheapest available. I drink milk on its own or add to my earl grey tea to elevate my morning tea. Also great fo lr smoothies and milkshakes and cooking, like in Japanese cream stew. I likes its 5 star health rating and that it is 98% fat free. An Australian product that is delicious and healthy. I love full cream milk but not the calories so I find the lite milk a good balance between full cream and the watery milk you get with skim milk. It adds a bit of creaminess and fullness of full cream fresh milk without the extra calories. Fantastic in porridge, overnight oats, cereal, coffee, tea, and the list goes on. This Coles brand is also good value for money, and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg like the other branded varieties. Recommeded.
