I got this as it has the lowest fats and also one of the cheapest available. I drink milk on its own or add to my earl grey tea to elevate my morning tea. Also great fo lr smoothies and milkshakes and cooking, like in Japanese cream stew. I likes its 5 star health rating and that it is 98% fat free. An Australian product that is delicious and healthy. Enjoy! 👍 😋
