This 1 litre bottle of Coles brand Lite Milk is creamy, delicious and versatile. I love that this milk comes from Australian dairy cows, and so supports local industry. I also love that this milk is 98 percent fat free, so healthier than other options. It is also high in calcium and protein. It is also a really versatile product abd tastes great poured over cereal or had with tea or coffee. It pours well from the bottle without spilling and is an afofrbale purchase at just a few dollars a bottle. A great buy!
