Coles lite milk is a balanced option between whole and skim milk, it definitely passed for me. I enjoyed having that lighter texture without all that fat and will definitely buy this product again. I feel that it’s best to introduce a light milk as well as a normal milk and just mix it up, it’s all about consuming milk in moderation, also nice to mention the calcium and protein intake, and its affordability,
