Great tasting tuna flavour. It's a great go to protein source when you are on the go for lunch. It's low fat but tasty. The onion and savoury tomato flavour give it that edge. I've added this tasty tuna to pasta dishes, as a home made pizza topping, in sandwiches or bread rolls or just eaten plain on crispbread. I've been buying John West tuna for years.

First time that I have chosen this product. It is very easy to eat flavour that goes well with salads etc. The fish is chunky and not too oily. The packaging is very convenient and the 95gm is enough for a snack or to add to a meal for one. I will be buying again

I like this tuna. it’s tasty and the tuna is chunky. I like the taste of onion and tomato sauce. there’s many flavors to choose from and on sale regularly. I like the brand and the tuna comes from Thailand. you get 95g of tuna and it’s a 4 star rating. the can is recyclable.

John West tuna in onion savoury sauce is my favourite flavour. It has a great onion taste and a nice overall flavour. It is so much better than other brands of the same flavour which are pretty bland. Love it on its own, on crackers and is best stirred through pasta for a quick meal.

I really like this flavoured tinned tuna. I’ve just it in toasties, mixed salad leaves, with boiled rice, mixed in mashed potato and made into patties. great taste that’s not overwhelming and great price when regularly half price. only negative is there’s a decent amount of liquid in it, so for things like toasties etc you need to drain the liquid.
