Great tasting tuna flavour. It's a great go to protein source when you are on the go for lunch. It's low fat but tasty. The onion and savoury tomato flavour give it that edge. I've added this tasty tuna to pasta dishes, as a home made pizza topping, in sandwiches or bread rolls or just eaten plain on crispbread. I've been buying John West tuna for years.
