My kids love their tuna wrap for school lunch. I like to this on my salad as it is not oily, and would not overpower the sauce. Perfect for a meal in a hurry. Half price at the supermarkets, so I stock them in the pantry as they have long expiry.

Prefer this over the olive oil ones. Apparently omega 3 can be mixed with olive oil and dumped since it's too oily and spring water is perfect for omega 3 to stay in the tuna chunks. Although I have to admit the olive oil ones taste better and the texture suits better with rice or salad, but springwater for me is the healthier option.

I always pick John west brand when it comes to tuna. I love this tuna in spring water because it taste natural. The fish flavour is full and despite it being canned it taste fresh and healthy. I can eat it with rice or make a sandwich out of it. The good thing is sometimes you can get it half price too. Highly recommended

This tuna can is pocket size so it can be easily fitted into my lunch bag. The taste and texture is very typical of canned tuna. I recommend having this as part of your office lunches.
