Photo Review of John West Tuna Springwater Chunky 95g

Prefer this over the olive oil ones. Apparently omega 3 can be mixed with olive oil and dumped since it's too oily and spring water is perfect for omega 3 to stay in the tuna chunks. Although I have to admit the olive oil ones taste better and the texture suits better with rice or salad, but springwater for me is the healthier option.
