I really enjoy John West tuna for tuna bakes. Two cans, alongside, a pasta bake sauce, cheese and some zucchini or spinach make a complete delicious meal for a whole family. Leftovers are excellent too. The cans do need to be drained, as they have more water than oil, but its easy done. I try to stock up when on sale and have in pantry for a crowd pleasing dinner.

John West is truly the best,the Salmon is to die for and all of their flavours with their Tuna selections are amazing,and CHEAP,every week i stock up on atleast 20 different tins of John west,there is not a single product of John west that I wouldn’t give 5 stars too,they are all great for losing weight and gaining muscle if that’s your thing as they all have a good amount of protein in every tin,mix it through a salad or eat straight out of the tin as a snack when you get hungry... I’ve always loved John west products because I truly believe that that do only keep the best quality of the fish they catch! Keep up the great work Mr West...
