I really enjoy John West tuna for tuna bakes. Two cans, alongside, a pasta bake sauce, cheese and some zucchini or spinach make a complete delicious meal for a whole family. Leftovers are excellent too. The cans do need to be drained, as they have more water than oil, but its easy done. I try to stock up when on sale and have in pantry for a crowd pleasing dinner.
