just taste like your normal standard onions. sometimes you will get the rotten one inside but mostly they are all good

Decent size, good shelf life, and usually firm. Skin peels cleanly, but occasional duds sneak in. Roasts well, caramelizes fine, and holds up in stews. Not the sweetest, but solid for everyday use.
