1 kg for a pack of onion is quite cheap. Bought it and try yesterday. It's quite fresh. Just really need to pick properly. As not all of it is in good condition.

can’t go wrong with a bag of brown onions! they’re always great quality and a great price, much smarter to get a bag than the loose ones. usually all the onions are a decent size too
