Fantastic all round brown/white onions. Very versatile for cooking. Great raw and used in sandwiches or salads. Also great cooked for stews, soup bases, sauted as a side. I also have stuffed the inner onions when making stuffed veggies with rice, meat, and herbs. Delicous and always a staple buy when shopping.
