Vermicelli rice is quite nice. I have only ever used it when making green Thai chicken as I’m not sure what else to use it with yet. Regardless it cooks very quickly, much faster than pasta or rice for example. It has a plain taste but pairs very well with meats and sauces to make a bolder meal and more filling. The rice is often hard to pull apart as it comes in a big bunch but as your pulling it apart it all flakes out and around creating a huge mess! Because of these factors I rate 4 stars!

The product was overall good and easy to use. It met my expectations and worked as described. The quality was decent, and it was simple to understand and enjoy. Soak in hot water for 10 mins . Then add to rice paper rolls with shredded carrot cucumber and shredded chicken Serve with sweet n sour sauce

great product. rice noodles are always cheap and affordable. In most cases your softening up and cooking time is not long. great recipe supplied on packet with instructions
