Vermicelli rice is quite nice. I have only ever used it when making green Thai chicken as I’m not sure what else to use it with yet. Regardless it cooks very quickly, much faster than pasta or rice for example. It has a plain taste but pairs very well with meats and sauces to make a bolder meal and more filling. The rice is often hard to pull apart as it comes in a big bunch but as your pulling it apart it all flakes out and around creating a huge mess! Because of these factors I rate 4 stars!
