This is a very smooth and creamy pesto. I use as a pizza sauce or mixed through a pasta salad. It’s not too oily. It is made with cashews not pinenuts which is how I make my own. The jar is easy to open which is important for me as I have weak hands.

Love this ready-made pesto! I add it to my pasta for the week with chicken, tomato and spinach. Any remainder I will just add to my eggs throughout the week. A really nice authentic basil taste!
