We are fairly new to the Gnocchi cooking scene (only the past 18 months or so) but we have a couple of favourite recipes in our house now. We have tried cooking these dishes with a few different Gnocchis now, but so far this one is our favourite to cook with. It is always easy to seperate before cooking and it doesn’t seem to be as stuck together as some can be. It also cooks really evenly, and it isn’t dense or chewy once it’s cooked, and it tastes really lovely in every dish we have created with it. We have always been lucky enough to find it on special when we have decided to have it that week, however, even full price the RRP seems extremely reasonable as well. This is definitely our go to Gnocchi as we have never been disappointed with the results.
