A very helpful spray that all but eliminates cold symptoms as they start. I start to feel some symptoms coming on and this works very effectively to shut them down quickly.

It could be completely placebo, but I swear this nasal spray totally works!! I’ve been using it for over a year and a half and haven’t caught a single cold. I spray it whenever I know I’m going to go out and be around lots of people, like on the bus, supermarket, restaurants etc. Family members have been sick and I’ve sprayed it over a few days and never caught anything. Very convenient to have in your bag or pocket and very simple to use, just a couple shots up each side. I also get allergies and it seems to help with that too, as it creates a lot of mucus that flushes anything out.
