we buy packs of these for the lunchboxes as they are individually packed. even if they are not eaten, they can be stored away for the next day without wasting food.

This is a small lemon sponge cake. The top has lemon-flavored icing. The first ingredient is sugar, which makes the cake really sweet. Having it once a month as a treat would be nice; eating it every day is not recommended for diabetics. It has a really good sponge cake taste and is soft to bite into.

lovely light lemon cakes. they're nice and soft fluffy cakes with a great lemon flavour. the icing cracks which is what you want. stay fresh in individual portions
