Very good for intestinal regulation and relieving the bloating feeling without going too far the other way. It tastes nice. Just make sure you drink a whole glass of water afterwards to ensure the regulation actual works and doesn't bind you up even more. Overall highly recommend

Smooth orange flavour and a reasonable size packaging and price good fibre i do find it meeds to be drunk quick because when you leave it it comes out gluggish

Alright tasting, but might take a few days of taking this for it to fully work, depending on your gut. It does coagulate and clump into a fairly gross lump if left sitting out so this must be consumed almost immediately after preparation.

I was sick for over a month and my system was completely off. I couldn’t eat and my diet consisted of a few bland things like rice, applesauce, bananas. My doctor ordered tests and everything was fine and I should let him know if it got worse. My sister told me to try Metamucil and everything got better and In a couple of days I was back to normal. It’s easy to take but you need to drink it fast because it thickens quickly. It’s part of my daily routine now and I can eat what ever I want and I’m not sick anymore.
