I was sick for over a month and my system was completely off. I couldn’t eat and my diet consisted of a few bland things like rice, applesauce, bananas. My doctor ordered tests and everything was fine and I should let him know if it got worse. My sister told me to try Metamucil and everything got better and In a couple of days I was back to normal. It’s easy to take but you need to drink it fast because it thickens quickly. It’s part of my daily routine now and I can eat what ever I want and I’m not sick anymore.
