Aldi’s Light Shredded Cheese is convenient and good value, with a nice melt that works well on toasties, pizzas, and pasta bakes. The texture is fine and it doesn’t clump too badly in the bag. However, being a light cheese, the flavour is milder and less cheesy than regular varieties, so it won’t wow you if you’re after a strong, rich taste. Great for those watching fat intake, but flavour lovers might want to mix it with a sharper cheese.

Love this cheese mild tasting but used in lots of things. Over baked potatoes spread on pizzas cheese on toast the list goes on. melts really well freezes well too if you need too.
