Love this Whitemil self-raising flour because it just like any regular old flour but it's really cheap, so thank you Aldi. It was 1kg for $1.25, which is at least less than half the price of what you pay at their competitors... I don't find d any issues with it, like hard lumps or contaminants and it's exactly what I expect it to be.

it’s just flour, not worth paying $3 extra for the same product that’s for sure

Self-raising flour has become a pantry staple for me because it makes baking so much easier. I love that it already has the right amount of raising agent mixed in, so I don’t have to worry about adding extra baking powder. It produces light, fluffy cakes, muffins, and scones every time, and the consistency is always reliable. Whether I’m whipping up something sweet or savory, it saves me time and effort without compromising on quality. It’s definitely one of those essentials that makes home baking more convenient and foolproof.
