Pretty disappointing. Even for pre-shredded cheese, it’s dry, clumpy, and barely melts properly. Lacks that stretch and flavour you expect from mozzarella. Works in a pinch for topping things, but it’s not great — you’re better off shredding a fresh block yourself.

handy to use in any dish, pre shredded mozzarella is good for any pasta or pizza dish. good baked or air fried, or stirred in sauces.
