this cheese is so stringy when melted. It’s perfect for pizza toppings. it has a light cheesy taste that can compliment most other pizza toppings. I only don’t like that they put cellulose in it to stop the cheese from clumping together.

This shredded mozzarella was good. It was slightly clumpy but I was happy with it regardless. It melted very well on homemade pizza

I like to always have a bag of this on hand in the fridge as we use it with pasta dishes and Mexican at least once or twice a week. my partner likes how easily this one melts. it is so good price too,

This is my go to because of the best price tag. Aldi dairy products are on par with branded ones. It melts well and has that mild, creamy mozzarella flavour, with a soft, slightly stretchy texture that works for pizzas and toasties.
