Review of Emporium Selection Camembert 200g

Creamy and mild with a lovely buttery flavour, this Brie is great on crackers or melted into toasties. It softens nicely at room temperature and isn’t too strong. Only downside is it can be a bit firm straight from the fridge, so it needs time to reach its best texture.
