Creamy and mild with a lovely buttery flavour, this Brie is great on crackers or melted into toasties. It softens nicely at room temperature and isn’t too strong. Only downside is it can be a bit firm straight from the fridge, so it needs time to reach its best texture.

Great tasty roll cheese. The cheese is nice and a firm on the outside but very soft and gooey on the inside. Great to eat fresh out of the fridge or cooked into food or baked as a baked roll to serve.
