This Farmdale Thickened Cream from Aldi is very nice and is also reasonably priced. It is delicious and whips well. It is great in on sweet dishes such as desserts and also in cooking savoury dishes such as creamy pastas and soups.

this cream is lovely and silky, smooth and a delight. I love to use it in baking by whipping it with sugar to make fluffy cream for cakes. for the first time I made mascarpone cheese out of this cream and it worked a treat.
