Review of FARMDALE FRESH Thickened Cream 600ml

this cream is lovely and silky, smooth and a delight. I love to use it in baking by whipping it with sugar to make fluffy cream for cakes. for the first time I made mascarpone cheese out of this cream and it worked a treat.
